We want to share with you our real estate market survey regarding shopping malls in Odesa:
☑ The age of the respondents is 22-50 years – the active population. They need an ecosystem of cultural and entertainment establishments, cafes, and restaurants in the malls.
☑ Respondents visit malls at least 2 times a week, with a couple, or alone.
☑ People prefer to go there on foot or by public transport and spend more than 1 hour in the mall – that can also be a factor in planning the cultural and entertainment part of the mall.
☑ People prefer City Center mall, Riviera mall, and Privoz market.
☑ The main advantage for malls is the concept of “all in one place”.
☑ The optimal tenant mix should consist of below-middle clothing brands, sports brands or sports shops, consumer goods, home delivery points, electronics supermarkets, children’s stores, and fast-food cafes.
