NAI Ukraine has started developing a concept for a retail property in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv.

This is the fifth retail property developed by the company since the beginning of 2024, 3 of which are located on the Left Bank. This indicates that developers are interested in retail real estate, and investors are investing in new projects and adapting existing ones in view of the transformations. This is also evidenced by the fact that some of the projects that NAI Ukraine worked on in 2024 were reconceptualizations of previously developed facilities, meaning that developers take into account the changes that occurred in the market and in the country during the full-scale invasion.

We can conclude that the situation in the retail real estate market is positive, market players are flexible and adapt to current realities and continue to invest in the industry.

It is important to note that the development of retail real estate in the capital of Ukraine is not taking place in a single district of the city, but in districts and neighborhoods of Kyiv that are under-saturated with retail infrastructure.
