Wind of change: What happens with Office Real Estate?

According to the NAI Ukraine Consulting Department, today for 1 person (taking into account children and retirees) in Kyiv accounts for 0.9 sq. m of office space, from which only about 14% are class A offices, 57% – class B, which vacancy is about 11% with an average rental rate 20-27 of dollars of the USA  per sq. m.

In its turn, lower-class offices have a larger vacancy of 15% and a significantly lower rental price for 1 sq. m from 12-20 of dollars of the USA  (for class c) and 6-12 of dollars of the USA  (for class C).

It means that consumer trends will shift from buildings, not proper general trends.
