Marketing, PR, SMM Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
• Conduct marketing research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and email campaigns.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to identify areas for improvement and campaign optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to support innovation and competitiveness.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events such as webinars, conferences, and exhibitions.
• Collaborate with external agencies and suppliers for marketing initiatives.
• Provide regular reports and analyze marketing activities and campaign results.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Deep knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Real estate marketing experience is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• English proficiency at least at an Intermediate level (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
