Business Analyst

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing consulting projects for the company’s clients.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting surveys and in-depth interviews with operators/developers.
• Processing statistical information and surveys.
• Real estate market analysis in Ukraine and abroad.
• Managing subcontractors for field research.
• Conducting financial analysis.
• Participating in consulting projects, including developing real estate concepts, conducting property audits, and analyzing the best and most effective use of land.
Required skills:
• Analytical mindset.
• Strong information search skills.
• Advanced proficiency in office software, especially Excel.
• Advanced skills in presentation preparation, infographics, and proficiency in graphic editors and mapping software are a plus.
• Experience in professional real estate assessment and possessing an appraiser certificate is a significant advantage.
• English language proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate (B2) level.
