NAI Ukraine is looking for the best Brokers/Leasing Managers of commercial, retail, and office real estate. For us the future Broker is a key figure for us, facilitating communication with potential and existing tenants.
The occupancy of trade and office spaces depends on the skillful leasing agent. While architects create and consultants calculate future profits, the leasing agent already knows why tenants will want to invest in this project. The Leasing Manager should be economically savvy, understanding the specifics of the retail market and real estate trends. Entrepreneurial flair and communicability are highly valued.
NAI Ukraine collaborates with international investors and world-class retail, so a high level of English proficiency is mandatory!
Our preferences:
- Bachelor or Magister education in finance, management, etc.;
- Experience in direct sales is welcomed;
- Real estate experience: commercial or office for at least 1 year (willing to consider candidates outside the market but with a willingness to learn and earn well!)
- Energy and result-oriented mindset;
- Communication skills, responsibility, and organizational skills;
- Willingness to make efforts for personal and professional development;
- English language level – Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher!
Responsibilities:
- Building a base of clients/tenants;
- Preparation of commercial proposals;
- Agreement and signing of lease contracts;
- CRM maintenance;
- Search for potential tenants;
- Conducting meetings and negotiations, both in the office and on-site;
- Handling incoming calls;
- Achieving set plans and tasks;
- Presenting company projects at Ukrainian and international exhibitions.
