Blockbuster Mall

As part of the project, the NAI Ukraine team has created a concept for the facility, which provides consulting and brokerage services. The entire range of services is aimed at ensuring that a new market leader with the highest turnover appears in Kiev.

Concept and consulting

Blockbuster Mall is the largest real estate object in the history of Ukraine. The second shopping center from the “megamall chain” is located at the intersection of large flows. The flow along Stepana Bandery Avenue is 200,000 people a day, along Naberezhno-Khreschatitskaya Street – 150,000 people a day. The city’s “busiest intersection” generates ideal conditions for a retail facility.

Blockbuster Mall is created in the retail-resort format. A mix of impeccable tenant-mix and entertainment has already become the basis for the success of another mall – Lavina Mall.

As in Lavina Mall, the shopping center will have an indoor amusement park with exclusive new generation rides. The neighborhood next to the current popular entertainment center Blockbuster makes this location a real Mecca of entertainment in Kiev.

Blockbuster mall received the European Property Awards in the Retail Development for Ukraine category. The mall was also rated by the international jury as the best retail facility in Ukraine with a 5-star rating and nominated for the Retail Development Europe award.


The unique tenant-mix is ​​one of the strengths of the shopping and entertainment center. Here buyers can find everything for shopping and entertainment.

The anchor tenant of the mall is the Silpo hypermarket, a flagship store for the middle class. Silpo area – almost 9000 sq.m.
