The unique concept of the April City multifunctional complex has no analogues in Ukraine and Eastern Europe.
As part of the project, the NAI Ukraine team in cooperation with the developer Kievproekt Development has created the concept of a mixed-use complex. Also NAI Ukraine provides consulting support and tenant recruitment.
The architectural solution of the project was developed by Leslie Jones Architecture in cooperation with Urban Experts.
One of the features of APRIL City is the placement of the terminal station of the high-speed tram “Ring Road” directly inside the complex itself.
The transport hub, where the complex is located, unites the terminal station of the high-speed tram, eight public transport stops serving more than 30 routes, and an intercepting parking for 1300 cars.
APRIL City adjoins the main transport arteries of Svyatoshinsky District – Okruzhnaya Road (passenger traffic over 129,000 people per day) and Les Kurbas Avenue (passenger traffic over 50,000 people per day), and the terminal station of the high-speed tram, as an analogue of the surface metro, provides a permanent passenger traffic over 28,000 people per day.
For the convenience of passengers, all public transport stops are located in the common service area of APRIL City.
The total area of the object is 132,000 sq.m., the lease area is 52,000 sq.m.
It is planned to open more than 300 stores and 20 anchor tenants. A hypermarket, shops and boutiques, recreation areas, bars and restaurants, as well as the only modern cinema in the area, a children’s entertainment center, a co-working space and a single administrative service center in the Svyatoshinskiy district – all this will be in APRIL City.
