Apartments are a spread and profitable type of real estate business abroad, but in Ukraine, it has not been developed for a long time. But currently, the situation is changing and this segment is on the verge of a breakthrough in both the business of developers and private investors.

If we talk about real estate, today people invest more in flats that require significant additional investment and time resources. While apartments are a ready solution for hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians, because of coordination by management companies, which take on all the extra work.

Buying flats is not an investment, but a so-called “parking” of money, while apartments are a new industry that guarantees passive income and provides investors with a return of more than 10%.
